Mrs.Sharmila Seshadri

Founder & Managing Director

Mrs. Sharmila Seshadri is an MBA (Marketing) from Bangalore University. She has held various managerial roles in IT industry in top notch companies in USA. In 2004, started her own venture ‘Emerald Entertainment Pvt Ltd’, an Indian based game development company.

Her compassion in reaching out to the people has transpired into organizing blood donation camps like Rotary international, Diabetes and eye screening camps for the elderly , free heart checkup camp from Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology and other social causes. Accolades and awards have graced Sharmila’s passion and relentless pursuit to contribute towards the society. She has received the ‘Youngest Social Service’ award from ICAS in 1998 and 1999 for providing 500 bottles of blood to the poor and needy in Rajajinagar.

She has been honored with Indira Gandhi Sadbhavana award, New Delhi in 2005, Vishweshwaraiah award in 2006, Mayura award in 2006 and Kempegowda award conferred by Govt. of Karnataka in the year.

Her interests are singing, Chess, swimming

Mrs.Padmaja Rao

Co-founder and Director – Rehabilitation & Counseling Services

Mrs.Padmaja  started her career as a Tea taster for Asia in 1990 for Unilever’s Quantitative analysis at their research wing and served for 20 years. She later on moved to the Department of Visual Rehabilitation at Narayana Nethralaya. Her passion in visual a professional career in rehabilitation developed after she was diagnosed to have retinitis pigmentosa. Her career has been marked with exemplary display of compassion and empathy.

Despite her limitation, she successfully completed the online course offered by the Hadley School for the Blind and was also awarded the International student of the year award in 2012. Her Educational qualification in the field of rehabilitation has been recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India.
Her empathy and passion have brought about a positive change in the lives of many of the visually impaired and inter personal skills are her major attributes. She has also completed her International Graduate Diploma in Counseling Skills (IGDCS) in 2012 from Banjara Academy.

Her interests are traveling, cooking and singing.

Mr.Ganesh is an Electronics Engineer by education. He is the Director of Emerald Entertainments and handles business verticals. He is an active Rotarian and has organized more than 45 medical camps to his credit. He is passionate about serving people and involved in many social activities. He is a member of Press Club, Bangalore. He is passionate about photography.
