He has helped to investigate cases related to Domestic violence and Sexual harassment on woman as external Panel member for many organisations and MNCs. Worked as an external consultant in investigating criminal cases, crime committed by juvenile delinquents based at Government Observatory home. He is also a professional Counsellor.

Mr.Sudheendra Panchamukhi is working as a Senior Branch Manager, Karnataka Bank. He has travelled abroad 10 times for study trips through banking.
His vast experience and knowledge in the sector has brought him many rewards and accolades. He has been awarded the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) achiever and honoured with the prestigious bank award from the Managing Director club.
Mr.Sudheendra Kulkarni’s passion to be associated with social causes started early on in his life when he was studying in his college. He worked as NGO Vidya Poshak for 3 years as Marketing Coordinator he was pursuing his degree. Soon after completion of degree he worked as marketing coordinator under income generation program for an NGO KRWCDS (Karnataka Rural Women and Children Development Society).
Currently, he is the founder trustee of Sumadhwa Memorial Trust, which runs music and cultural classes. The trust had organised a charity musical concert in March 2018.
